These terms apply to purchases from Knoveo and should be read with our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies.

Orders and payment

Please review your products, quantities, contact details, delivery address and total charges before completing your purchase.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

Available payment methods, the transaction currency and charges collected by us are displayed at checkout.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and refund your payment within the period required by law.

Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Wooden products may vary naturally in grain and colour. These differences do not excuse defects or material differences from the advertised product.

Our facial brushes and massage tools are intended for general self-care and personal massage. They are not sold as treatments for medical conditions, and no particular cosmetic result is guaranteed.

Follow the supplied instructions, use gentle pressure and discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs.

Pricing errors

If a material listing error is identified before order acceptance, we will explain the correction and offer you the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or receiving a refund.

Price changes do not retrospectively change accepted orders.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Return and Refund Policy explains applicable cancellation and return rights.

Knoveo remains your contact for order problems, including purchases dispatched by fulfilment partners.

Website use

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.

Content owned by Knoveo may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

South African law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact Knoveo through our website to raise a complaint. This does not prevent you from approaching an appropriate regulator, ombudsman or court.

Updated terms apply to future purchases. Accepted orders remain governed by the terms applicable when they were placed.
