Delivery availability and charges

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please check that your address is supported before completing your purchase.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates applicable to your order will be provided before purchase.

Delivery times may vary according to the product, destination, supplier availability and customs processing. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates.

We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay. Delivery estimates do not limit your legal remedies for late delivery.

Fulfilment

Products may be dispatched directly by fulfilment partners, including suppliers outside South Africa. Items within the same order may arrive separately.

Any additional shipping charges will be disclosed before payment.

Import charges

For orders shipped internationally, the applicable arrangement for import duties, taxes and clearance charges will be disclosed before purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the details using the contact information provided with your order. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery details are complete and accurate. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, we will explain the available options and any reasonable redelivery charge before proceeding.

Delivery problems

Contact Knoveo through our website if your parcel is missing, damaged or has exceeded its stated delivery estimate.

We will investigate with the relevant fulfilment partner or courier and arrange the appropriate remedy. You will not be required to resolve the matter solely with an overseas supplier.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, applicable cancellation and return rights remain available under our Return and Refund Policy.
